The impact of EMPIR: Special session to be held at CIM 2019

International Metrology Congress: 24 – 26 September 2019, Paris, France

CIM 2019 conference

The 19th International Metrology Congress is a unique crossroads between R&D and industrial applications. It covers a majority of fields including mechanics, health and biology, agro-food industry, environment, energy, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. The congress deals with R&D and best practices for measurement and metrology in industry through the following approaches: a diversified conference programme and round tables sessions, an exhibition showcasing innovations and solutions, industrial site visits and demonstrations and professional networking opportunities during social events

EURAMET Science with Impact session

EURAMET will be chairing a CIM 2019 session entitled ‘Science with Impact’ comprising five presentations, in which all but one of the talks relate to EMPIR projects.

The session will be held by Maria Luisa Rastello (EURAMET vice-chair person) and Maguelonne Chambon (EURAMET board of directors).

EURAMET’s European Metrology Research Programmes (EMRP and EMPIR) projects foster international collaboration, drive research excellence, address society’s grand challenges including health, energy and the environment, and contribute to Europe’s economic turnover.

Come and join the EURAMET session focussing on impact of science with these presentations and related EMPIR projects:
