EURAMET announces the launch of the 2022 Call for Needs, within the European Partnership on Metrology
EURAMET announces the launch of the 2022 ‘Call for Needs’ under the Partnership for the following topic areas:
- Digital Transformation
- Research Potential
- Health
- Integrated European Metrology
- Normative
Call for Needs (Stage 1) is for potential research topics, is open to any interested party, and opens 12 January 2022.
Deadline: 21 February 2022, 23:59 CET.
It is expected that Stage 2, ‘Calls for proposals against Selected Research Topics’, for the 2022 Partnership Calls will open on 23 June 2022 (date to be confirmed).

Important information:
The Decision on the European Partnership on Metrology was adopted by the European Council and European Parliament, and the basic act DECISION (EU) 2021/2084 (EUR-Lex - 32021D2084 - EN - EUR-Lex (europa.eu)) which forms the legal basis for this research programme was published in early December 2021. Negotiation of the Contribution Agreement for the programme will commence in early 2022, and signature of this Agreement, which is anticipated in late spring 2022, will conclude the process.
