26 EURAMET projects to present at CIM 2023

Poster for the 21st International Metrology Congress

26 projects and 3 European Metrology Networks will be presenting at the 21st International Metrology Congress

The 21st International Metrology Congress (CIM 2023) is taking place in Lyon, France from 7 to 10 March 2023, in partnership with Global Industrie.

The congress is bringing together members of the metrology community to share their knowledge, broaden the reach of their research and build new relationships.

It’s also a great opportunity to bridge the gap between the metrology community and stakeholders from industry and academia, who can provide invaluable insights into the metrology challenges of today and the future.

Over 850 participants from 45 countries are expected to attend.

The congress will cover a broad range of themes – including machine learning, digitalisation, nanotechnology, and much more – across 200 presentations and 6 round-table sessions addressing Industry 4.0, Health, and the Green Deal.

22 EMPIR and 4 Partnership Joint Research Projects will present papers at the event.
Please find below a list of the projects and the topics they are presenting.

In addition, the three EURAMET European Metrology Networks (EMNs) for Quantum Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing and Smart Electricity Grids will present their latest developments.

Four EMNs (Climate and Ocean Observation, Pollution Monitoring, Smart Electricity Grids, Energy Gases) and one proposed EMN (Clean Energy) will also be hosting a EURAMET Networks booth during the congress to connect with stakeholders and learn about their metrology needs.
