SENSOR+TEST 2015

SENSOR+TEST is the leading forum for sensors, measuring and testing technologies worldwide. From simple microsensors to complex test rigs, from ready-to-use components to individualised services, SENSOR+TEST represents the complete competence in measurement technology. The focal point of 2015 will be the biannual AMA Conferences:  SENSOR 2015 and IRS² offer top-class scientific presentations by international and national specialists of research and development. The Exhibitors’ Committee in cooperation with the Executive Board of the AMA Association for Sensors and Measurement chose Environmental Monitoring as the Special Topic for the SENSOR+TEST 2015. The spotlight is to be on systems for measuring air quality.

The following EMRP projects will be presenting at the forum:

  • Force traceability within the meganewton range (SIB63 Force) will extend the range of primary force standards up to at least 30 MN with a target uncertainty of 0.05 %. It will also improve transfer standards to help reliably disseminate the unit of force and improve force measurements in industry.
  • Metrology for ammonia in ambient air (ENV55 MetNH3) will develop traceable measurements of ammonia in air and provide standards for the measurement of ammonia concentrations under ambient conditions.
