NanoScale 2026

We are pleased to announce NanoScale2026 (14th Seminar on Quantitative Microscopy (QM) and the10th Seminar on Nanoscale Calibration, Standards and Methods). This in-person event on dimensional and related measurements in the micro- and nanometre range will be held October 20-22, 2026 at NPL in Teddington, UK, with support from the Helmholtz Fund, EURAMET TC-L, and BIPM CCL (WG-N).
