The consortium for EMPIR project Metrology for enhanced reliability and efficiency of wind energy systems (19ENG07, Met4Wind) will host this international workshop.
Topics will include:

Optical and multi-sensor measurement systems for mechanical components of WES

Improved measurement and evaluation methods for surfaces of WES drivetrain components

Digital twin for metrology enhanced reliability validation

Digital in-line metrology for rotor-bearing system manufacturing and improved rotational accuracy
