EMRP project Crystalline surfaces, self assembled structures, and nano-origami as length standards in (nano) metrology (SIB61 CRYSTAL) will develop new types of dimensional standards using crystalline surfaces, self-assembled structures and nano-origami for step height and lateral resolution measurements, for the traceable measurement of nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes.
SIB61 JRP-Partners will be presenting work from the JRP at the conference. IEEE-NMDC 2014 wants to be a forum of discussion about nanotechnology, with a special focus on materials and devices. Topics will include nanostructures for future generation solar cells, advanced characterization of nanomaterials and nanostructures and modelling and simulation of nanomaterials, structures, and devices.
