EMRP project Metrology to enable high temperature erosion testing (IND61 METROSION) will build a system to perform tests at temperatures up to 900 °C and particle speeds up to 300 metres per second. The tests will also use fully characterised particles in terms of their size, shape and distribution, to give greater control and precision.
IND61 JRP-Partner have organised this workshop, which covers the issues, solutions and modelling of erosion of materials by high velocity hot particles.
