ARFTG is a technical organization interested in all aspects of RF and microwave testing and measurement. This conference is held in conjunction with the 2016 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium. The theme for this conference is “Measurements for Emerging Communications Technologies”. The following projects will be presenting at this conference;
- EMRP project Metrology for optical and RF communication systems (IND51 MORSE) will support the work of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and will result in new measurement procedures and services to support the introduction of new multiple antenna systems, satellite system testing and the next generation of optical communications equipment.
- EMRP project Metrology for new electrical measurement quantities in high-frequency circuits (SIB62 HRCircuits) will develop traceable verification techniques to benefit systems including waveguides, coaxial lines, vector network analysers and printed circuit boards.
