Delivering impact in JRPs – sharing good practice: 
Delivering impact for end users is a key aim of Joint Research Projects (JRP) supported by EURAMET’s European Metrology Research Programme (EMPIR). To support project partners in this task EURAMET and its Management Support Unit is running a series of three training sessions to share good practice on delivering impact.

Who should attend:

The sessions are aimed at partners of currently running projects.

Note. Each session is optional, but to gain maximum benefit from the training sessions we recommend that you attend all three. Session 1 is an introductory session, and should ideally be attended by anyone joining Session 2 or 3.

Session 1, Tuesday 15 June 10:00 – 11:00 CEST, Understanding impact

This training session will provide you with an understanding of:

  • Why impact is important and what EURAMET means by it
  • How to design your project to maximise its chances of generating impact
  • How to communicate the benefits of your project - tips for clearly presenting potential opportunities for impact  

 

Session 2, Thursday 17 June 10:00 – 12:00 CEST, Engaging with stakeholders

This training session will provide you with an insight into:

  • The importance of understanding the needs/drivers of your stakeholders
  • How to map and prioritise your stakeholders
  • How to develop targeted messaging for your stakeholders

 

Session 3, Tuesday 22 June 10:00 – 12:00 CEST, Maximising uptake

This training session will provide you with an understanding of: 

  • How to target specific stakeholder’s by identifying benefits generated by uptake of outcomes
  • How to promote outcomes in a post covid-19 world using virtual communications
  • How to increase the uptake of project outcomes by standard organisations
