Workshop on training activities

Project Description

Further to the Euromet Study of Traceability in Europe, discussions about the possible ways of meeting the identified needs of training took place during the last Euromet Mass meetings. A brief inquiry circulated to the Euromet Contact Persons in the Mass field confirmed that different approaches are conceivable.

A workshop on metrological training is proposed to be held in order that future users and providers of training periods could discuss together the relevance of the various solutions and consider the practical aspects for implementing them.

The discussions could be based on the results of the preceding inquiries and on further information about the specific needs to be met as well as the experience of the participants on the transfer of knowledge: training courses, in-laboratory training activities, summer schools or seminars, ...

Further Information

A coupling with BCR, which is considering the question on a wider basis, is expected.
