Study on Traceable Verification of AC Measurement Standard

Project Description

The materials related to the verification of an AC measurement standard in the frequency range up to 50 MHz will be collated and reviewed.
The verification methods will be analysed and compared. The comparison measurements will be performed in order to support conclusions based on previous analysis.

Results of this study will be published in relevant scientific journals or on relevant conferences.

Progress Report 2026-09-22

Materials related to the verification of AC Measurement Standard (ACMS) were collated.

Questionnaire regarding to the verification of main input circulated within project group and collated feedback was analysed in order to identify topics for future study. Investigation of topics related to the verification of main input are in progress.
Outputs for low voltage ranges verification were published at CPEM 2026 in Madrid:

1. V. Nováková Zachovalová and S. Mašláň, “Measurement methods for characterization of input impedance of AC measurement standard at low voltage ranges“.

2. K.-E. Rydler, V. Novakova Zachovalova, E. Golovins and S. Maslan, “Methods for traceability of AC measurement standards at low voltages and frequencies to 1 MHz”.
