Revision of the Calibration Guide for Oscilloscopes
Project Description
EURAMET has agreed to take over responsibility for EA Calibration Guidance Documents. In the field of Electricity and Magnetism, four guides have been taken over, and three guides are already published on the EURAMET website. The fourth calibration guide for oscilloscopes was just under revision. It is the intention of this project to restart the revision of the guide under the responsibility of EURAMET and to publish it on the EURAMET website after it has been approved by the TC-EM.

Final Report 2011-07-04
The aim of the project was a complete revision of the EAL-G30 guide for the calibration of oscilloscopes. The revised document was reviewed by the TC-EM experts and finally approved at the joint meeting of the two subcommittess LF and RF&MW in May 2011 in Torino, Italy.

10/2010: complete revision including new topics and examples for uncertainty calculation,
1st draft of new guideline
02/2011: 2nd draft of new guideline
04/2011: final version of new guideline
