Relative humidity from 10 %rh to 95 %rh at temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C

Project Description

In the scope of EMPIR project HUMEA - "Expansion of European research capabilities in humidity measurement", the project participants organise the comparison in relative humidity (RH) from 10 %rh to 95 %rh at dry temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C. This intercomparison aims to compare realisations of RH scales at the participating national measurement institutes. The comparison will be performed by calibration of two sets of traveling standards lent by the Rotronic (UK) and Alius Grupa d.o.o. (Croatia). All the participants will do the measurements using the relative humidity sub-chamber developed within the HUMEA project.

Progress Report 2024-04-04

Measurements are finished in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia (first meas.), Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Srebia and Slovenia. Drift of transfer standards should be determined by repeating measurements in Croatia.

Progress Report 2020-06-03

Measurements are finished in BOM, CMI (will be repeated due to equipment failure), DMDM, IMBIH, INRIM, MBM, MIRS/UL-FE/LMK, NSAI and FSB (first set). Measurements in CMI (repeat), EIM, JV and FSB (second and third set) are currently pending.

Progress Report 2019-03-20

Measurements are finished in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia (first measurement), Czech Republic (measurements were performed in the range narrower than initially planned due to equipment malfunction, there is posibility to repeat the measurements after the equipment is repaired), Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.

Progress Report 2018-03-15

Intercomparison is planned within the scope of the EURAMET EMPIR project 15RPT03 HUMEA. Participants will perform the measurements in two loops, using the relative humidity sub-chamber developed within the project scope or their existing setups.
