Pilot Study for bilateral comparison of transfer standards of non-contact thermometry at a temperature range of -10 °C up to 550 °C
Project Description
The bilateral comparison will test the measurement capabilities of BEV and SMU within the temperature range of -10 °C to 550 °C by means of a non-contact transfer standard.
This transfer standard will consist of at least one pyrometer and one thermal image camera of each participant that will be calibrated in this temperature range.
The results will be handled by the coordinator BEV and the result will establish the linkage between the two non-contact test benches of the institutes to validate them and compare the calibration procedures
The funding for the purpose of this comparison will be handled by each institute individually.
This includes specifically transport, accommodation and travel subsistence.
