On-site peer review of ILNAS in the field of Mass and Time & Frequency

In addition to the peer review at the beginning of the year, it is planned to audit two further technical domains.

The laboratory for Mass, which is on his way to publish the first CMCs, and the laboratory for Time & Frequency.
Metrological experts from METAS and VSL will carry out the peer review of ILNAS.

The peer review is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Final Report 2025-06-13

The ILNAS laboratory in the fields of Mass and Time & Frequency underwent a peer review during an on-site visit conducted by metrology experts from METAS (Kilian Marti) and VSL (Erik Dierikx).
The peer review encompassed the evaluation of the CMC tables prepared for submission in the field of Mass, as well as the assessment of the time scale difference measurements in the T&F domain, conducted via NTP or PTP.

The review identified no non-conformities and resulted in five recommendations, all of which were acknowledged and accepted by ILNAS.
