The aim is to approve the primary level standards of the national metrology institutes. Measurements will be achieved by microcalorimeters or calorimeters.

At EUROMET Electricity Contact Persons meeting in Vienna 2003, it was decided to delete the project EUROMET 680. UME didn’t participate the meeting and UME also agreed to finish the project.
