Key Comparison: Calibration of a Step Gauge
Project Description
The aim of the project is to organise a key comparison of the calibration of a step gauge L=1020 mm, to determine validity of participant's CMC claims and to support new CMC claims being offered for entry in the BIPM key comparison database.
The comparison follows the rules described in EURAMET Guide on Comparisons – EURAMET Guide No. 4, Version 2.0 and CCL Guidance Document CCL-GD-1 Running of MRA comparisons in length metrology and monitoring their impact on CMCs.
