Interlaboratory comparison of the water triple-point cells

Project Description

The goal of this project is to assess the uncertainties associated to the practical realisation of the triple point of water in the various European laboratories. This project is the re-activation of project 278 and project 549 in which respectively twelve and fourteen countries took part. Previously the Ukrainian Lab was included in the list of the participating countries involved in the EUROMET Project 549. Due to organisational difficulties, the Ukrainian Labs prefers postpone its participation. In order to avoid some delay in analysis and publication of the results of EUROMET Project 549 we suggest to stop this project at the end on 2003 and to organise a new project. During the EUROMET meeting on April 2003, the Estonian and Maltese National Metrological Institutes manifested their interest to participate to this EUROMET Project.
