Intercomparison of humidity generators with dew-point hygrometer

Humidity generators of Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and Centre for Metrology and Accreditation (CMA) are compared with an optical dew-point hygrometer in a dew-point temperature range -40 °C... 60 °C.
