Hydrocarbon intercomparison of 100 - 150 mm turbine meter calibrations

To improve confidence in trade of both oil and flowmeters, it is proposed to intercompare the providers of calibration calibration services for meters in the 100 - 150 mm range. Using light hydrocarbons, a twin turbine meter package will be circulated and the results compared. This buids on a trial intercomparison between NEL and Trapil last year.
