Comparison of the Primary (National) Standards of low-pressure Gas Flow

Project Description

A comparison is organised for the purpose of determination of the degree of equivalence of the primary (national) standards for low-pressure gas flow rate. A rotary gas meter Actaris Delta 2050 S-Flow G65 will be used as a transfer standard. The participating laboratories can use their usual calibration procedure.
Parameters will be examined in a range of flow rates (2 ./. 100) m3/h. If laboratories are not able to cover all the flow rates they may calibrate the meter over a part of the flow range.

Reference conditions:

- air temperature: (20 /- 5)oC,
- ambient relative humidity range: 25 % to 75 %,
- ambient atmospheric pressure range: 86 kPa to 106 kPa (0,86 bar to 1,06 bar).

The calibration medium will be air.

Final Report 2015-01-13

The comparison has been completed and results are published in the KCDB.
