Comparison of high precision roundness measurements

Project Description

This comparison concerns the calibration of a 50 mm glass hemisphere and a 30 mm sphere by applying multistep technique. Measurement should be made with the equipment providing the smallest uncertainty; however the choice of instrument is at the discretion of the laboratory.

The hemisphere and the sphere are provided by CEM. This comparison is on the same subject as the APMP.L-S4.
