Comparison of gauge blocks by interferometry

Project Description

The main reason for this key comparison is to provide an opportunity for the institutes that didn't participate in previous comparisons (DZMZ/LFSB, NIS) to submit their CMC claims to the KCDB. Eight steel gauge blocks, nominal length between 0,5 mm and 100 mm, shall be measured by interferometry.
