Comparison of Absolute Gravimeters, Wettzell, Germany 2018

Project Description

The comparison is intended to be organised as EURAMET.M.G-K3 key comparison and pilot study and linked to the CCM.G-K2.2017 by means of joint participants. The results of comparison will be also used for demonstrating diffent adjustment approaches and for improvement of the Technical Protocol of comparisons.
The comparison will be held at the Geodetic Observatory Wettzell, Germany of Bundesamt für Kartographie und Geodäsie (BKG). Organisation of the comparison will be carried out by joint effort of VÚGTK and BKG.

Final Report 2020-04-22

The comparison has been completed and results are published in the KCDB.

Progress Report 2019-04-08

All the measurements were carried out by 15 participating institutions in April and May 2018. Participants checked their results and the data processing has been prepared by the pilot laboratory. However, Draft A has not been submitted yet, since the final report of CCM.G-K2.2017 is needed for linking the EURAMET comparison.
