Comparison Calibration of RF Current Monitoring Probe

Project Description

The RF current monitor probes are commonly utilized in measurements of disturbance currents of cables without making direct conductive contact with the source conductor and without modification of its circuit. They must be accurately calibrated according to international standards such as CISPR 16-1-2 and ISO 11452-4.

For this purposes, the transfer impedance (Zt) comparison of the RF current monitor probes has been organised with the participant of NMIs and the use of their own calibration methods in the frequency range 10 kHz – 500 MHz.
