Trilateral key comparison of spectral diffuse reflectance
Project Description
A trilateral comparison on spectral diffuse reflectance of diffuse reflecting samples will be conducted between IO-CSIC, UME and SASO following the same protocol as in the corresponding CCPR Key Comparison.
The comparison will be registered in the KCDB, so that UME and SASO will be able to support their CMC. In this comparison UME will be the pilot and IO-CSIC will be the link laboratory. A set of diffuse reflecting samples from UME will circulate between the laboratories with the following sequence; UME/SASO/UME, UME/IO-CSIC/UME.
The comparison is funded by UME and SASO.
Progress Report 2026-01-12
All measurements were completed.
Draft A was prepared according to CCPR G2 Guidelines (CCPR Guidelines for Preparing a Comparison Report) and sent to participants for verification of their reported results.
Draft Phase A commenced after getting all participants' objections, suggestions, and approvals.
Progress Report 2024-12-10
The participants IO-CSIC, UZNIM and SASO finished their measurements. The pilot laboratory (UME) has been waiting for the samples from SASO to do last measurements.
There were some delays in receiving the samples from SASO due to some customs issues in Saudi Arabia.
After the samples reach the pilot laboratory (UME), final measurements will be made and the Draft A report will be prepared.
Progress Report 2022-07-18
The pilot laboratory (UME) has performed measurements. SASO NMCC due to the problem with their measurement system asked us to change the shipping date of the artefacts to them. For this reason, after the pilot laboratory, it was decided to change the measurement order and send it to IO-CSIC. So, the timetable was rescheduled and in September 2022 artefacts will be sent to IO-CSIC.
