Supplementary bilateral comparison for small gas flow rates (2 to 1000) SCCM at STP with Laminar Flow Elements

Project Description

The objective of this bilateral comparison is to compare volume gas flow measurements in the flow range (1.2 to 500) cm3/min@STP (1013.25 hPa and 0 °C) using three laminar flow elements (Molblocs) as transfer standards for the purpose of determining the degrees of equivalence of the participating laboratories, respectively the calculation of the En factors at every flow measuring points.

Progress Report 2023-03-08

The transfer stand (TS) is currently being assembled (all mechanical parts have been delivered).
The technical protocol (TP) will be completed in the next few weeks. The project is on schedule.
