Project Description

The project will revise Calibration Guideline No. 14 "Guidelines on the Calibration of Static Torque Measuring Devices", updating some equations and giving some additional information on the calibration procedure for static torque measuring devices.

Progress Report 2025-10-08

Initially, it was assumed that the document revision would consist of updating certain sections.

However, after work began and the scope of work was discussed, it was decided that the guide's scope of use and calibration procedure could be extended to cover various types of torque measuring devices.Work on the draft document is ongoing.

Due to the expanded scope of work, the expected project duration has been extended.
