The evaluation process of the Stage 2 Call for Joint Research Project (JRP) proposals has been finalised. Following the Review Conference held in November, where external independent referees evaluated and ranked the proposals, the EMPIR Committee agreed on a final list of selected JRPs to fund.

The following project proposals have been selected and will be invited for contract negotiation.

• Towards the propagation of ac quantum voltage standards
• Traceable calibration of dynamic weighing instruments
• Matrix reference materials for environmental analysis
• Absorbed dose in water and air
• Developing traceable capabilities in thermal metrology
