EURAMET General Assembly meetings 2026

The EURAMET General Assembly 2026 and related meetings will be hosted by GEOSTM, the National Metrology Institute of Georgia, from 1 to 5 June 2026 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

4. Participation fee & payment methods

Online participation*

  • 1 day 30 € (incl. VAT)

  • 2 days 60 € (incl. VAT)

  • 3 days 90 € (incl. VAT)

  • 4 days 120 € (incl. VAT)

  • 5 days 150 € (incl. VAT)

* The fee for online users is meant to cover the cost of the technical arrangements needed for hybrid meetings.

Onsite participation

  • 1 day 120 € (incl. VAT)

  • 2 days 240 € (incl. VAT)

  • 3 days 360 € (incl. VAT)

  • 4 days 480 € (incl. VAT)

  • 5 days 600 € (incl. VAT)

Registered participants will receive an invoice from GEOSTM. Payments can be made by bank transfer only.

Note: if you would like to attend only the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 2 June 2026, then you do not need to pay the fee for the whole day.

5. Accomodation

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotels.

6. Registration deadline

Registrations should be made as soon as possible, but latest on Monday, 4 May 2026.
