The EURAMET Secretariat can give permission to translate "Metrology - In Short, 3rd edition" into other languages.

 

Conditions for the translation of EURAMET publications

 

"Metrology - in short" was conceived by DFM and was first published as "Metrologi- Kort og Godt" in 1998. A second print was made in 2000. The publication received funding from the Danish Ministry of Enterprise.In 2000 "Metrologi kort og godt" was translated into English, partly financed through a special grant from the PRAQIII and made available to all PHARE countries to ease their transition to a European metrology organization. It was published as in connection with the EUROMET Project 595.

The second edition is a revised and extended version, elaborated in connection with the projects METROTRADE and REGMET, and co-financed by the European Commission under the 5th Framework Programme.  

The third edition is a revised and extended version, elaborated within the iMERA-Project and co-financed by the European Commission under the 6th Framework Programme.
