Registration open: Training on calibration of LGB, measuring tapes and rulers

MBM, Podgorica, 11 - 14 September 2018

The objective of the training is to train the participants on theory and practice of calibration of long gauge blocks (125 mm to 500 mm) by mechanical comparison and calibration of measuring tapes and rulers.

The course will comprise a mixture of approximately 2,5 days of formal lectures and 1,5 days of practical sessions.

The target audience of the training is length metrology staff from EURAMET NMI and DIs who are less experienced in calibration of long gauge blocks and measuring tapes and rulers. Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of length measurements.

Registration will be open until 3 August 2018. However, the registration may be closed earlier if all available places are filled.

For questions please contact EURAMET's Capacity Building Officer Tanasko Tasić.
