EMRP project Chemical metrology tools to support the manufacture of advanced biomaterials in the medical device industry (IND56 Q-AIMDS) will develop chemical measurements to improve device quality and patient safety.
Partners will be presenting at the conference. The tenth anniversary of this series will be celebrated with cutting edge plenary and parallel oral sessions as well as poster presentations on current developments and short courses covering basics and special aspects of SIMS. Covering the complete breadth of development and applications in SIMS will stay the major goal of this conference. To reflect the trend towards imaging applications of SIMS, this area will not only continue to be covered strongly, but we will incorporate more complementary imaging mass spectrometric techniques to broaden the scope of the meeting.
