Making a mark: EMPIR projects producing standards to be presented at CIM 2019

24 – 26 September 2019 Paris, France

24 – 26 September 2019 Paris, France

CIM 2019 conference

The 19th International Metrology Congress (CIM 2019) is a unique crossroads between R&D and industrial applications. It covers a majority of fields including mechanics, health and biology, agro-food industry, environment, energy, pharmaceuticals and chemicals.

The congress deals with R&D and best practices for measurement and metrology in industry through the following approaches: a diversified conference programme and round tables sessions, an exhibition showcasing innovations and solutions, industrial site visits and demonstrations and professional networking opportunities during social events

EMPIR standardisation projects

EURAMET supports projects that underpin many technical specifications and conformity standards through supporting collaborative research and development projects in measurement science. EURAMET’s European Metrology Research Programmes (EMRP and EMPIR) enable standards and metrology professionals to work together to support European innovation and address global challenges.

Accurate and reliable measurements help to ensure that written standards are fit for purpose and enable demonstration of compliance.

Come and join the EMPIR and EMRP standardisation projects presenting at CIM 2019:
