Submit a publication

Please note there is no option provided to save your entry and return to it at a later time. All entries for a publication must be completed and submitted at the same time. Unsubmitted entries (i.e. where you have not clicked on the ‘SUBMIT PUBLICATION’ button) are not saved automatically.

If you need to make changes to a submitted entry, you should e-mail the EURAMET Repository administrator at: msu@npl.co.uk. You should include the title of the publication, the JRP number and the requested changes in your e-mail.

Enter the authors initial(s) and surname as they appear on the publication. If you have more than 5 authors, click on the “add author” button to create additional rows. Enter the authors institute as follows: institute, city, country, e.g. - NPL, Teddington, United Kingdom - INRIM, Torino, Italy
Paste in the abstract as it appears in the paper
Add the keywords as included on the publication or if there are no keywords, please supply some. Please separate the keywords by commas.
Add the full journal title (no abbreviation) or other relevant source information.
Articles and conference proceedings should only be submitted to the repository if they have been published in peer-reviewed journals (or books).
Enter the range of the page numbers (with no spaces), e.g. 24-36.
Insert the DOI in this format e.g. 10.1364/OL.40.001822 No need to enter dx.doi.org...
If a DOI is unavailable. Please supply an alternative persistent identifier. Please enter as a weblink.

Paste in the publisher’s required ‘copyright statement’ or ‘statement of provenance
Use the “browse” button to identify the relevant pdf document on your computer. It will be uploaded when you click on the ‘SUBMIT PUBLICATION’ button at the bottom of the page.
Level of access
Please select one of the three options based on the obligations explained in the “EURAMET Publication Repository: Information for Authors” document. If you select the middle option you must supply the date at which the publication can be made publicly available by EURAMET in line with the publisher’s open access policy (see the EURAMET Publication Repository: Information for Authors)
