Job vacancy: Infrastructure Engineer

The Management Support Unit (MSU) is a dynamic team within NPL, administering large-scale European metrology research programmes on behalf of EURAMET.  You’ll take responsibility for a wide range of duties related to MSU’s IT infrastructure including databases and websites – dealing with everything effectively and efficiently.

From design and development of database solutions to maintaining and managing the MSU web portals, as well as providing assistance and training to a range of stakeholders in respect of MSU’s infrastructure. You will support team colleagues in the production of information to achieve yearly objectives. You’ll create complex query definitions and use management information systems to input and reconcile data accurately and on a timely basis. You’ll liaise with relevant departments to manage the IT requirements of MSU.

We are now working in a hybrid way,with a mix of remote and office working.
