A recent set of guides on surface metrology has been made available by PTB. These replace the former calibration guide number 01, which is now superseded.
The 'Length Bulletin' is prepared on an occasional basis and collects together the latest information on projects, recent developments, laboratory issues, technical work, comments, editorials, community news and other interesting items from the EURAMET Length community. It also contains a copy of the detailed Points Of Contact for EURAMET Length.
The Bulletin Editor, Gerard Kotte (NMi-VSL) welcomes contributions, especially reports on interesting aspects of recently completed TC-L projects.

The submitted Framework 6 Specific Support Action proposal (NANOREF) was unsuccessful - it was unsuccessful during the second stage submission.
The submitted Framework 6 Network of Excellence proposal (NANOMET) was unsuccessful - it narrowly missed progressing to the second stage submission.
The MEMSTAND project has been completed.
